| We recognize the critical need to maintain inventory control and we've designed our processes with strict attention to chain-of-custody in mind. Product shipped from the manufacturer is initially received at one of our strategic locations where it is thoroughly inspected and the information downloaded in our software. Items are then securely warehoused and remain protected until selected for final delivery. At every step, all the way through to final installation, your bar-coded inventory scanned to location and matched to packing slips, bill of lading and POs. If the reconciliation isn't 100% perfect, we contact the vendor and pursue on your behalf until it is.
Our warehousing network includes climate-controlled facilities, restricted access, video surveillance, fire protection systems and other specialty requirements.
